Site and scope terms

Understand the scope before agreeing to work.

The site describes a free review and proposed scopes. Browsing and email-ready requests do not create a purchase, deployment or agreement.

Published scopes and custom proposals

Service descriptions explain possible work to discuss. They are not a binding offer of availability or a contract for every listed deliverable. Every project, ongoing support engagement, and multi-location rollout requires a custom proposal with agreed deliverables and milestones. Prices are agreed in US dollars (USD).

A final agreement defines deliverables, quantities, dependencies, responsibilities, acceptance, fees and payment terms. Software, media, metered usage, labor, taxes and expert services are itemized separately where applicable.

The free scan and paid work

The free Growth & Revenue Scan begins with automated preliminary technical checks of the public webpage you submit. Your contact details and findings are stored for follow-up. A separate team review can consider the available findings and business context, clarify questions and suggest next steps. You don’t have to buy anything. Preliminary findings are not a complete financial, legal, technical or operational audit, a revenue forecast or a business diagnosis.

The request builder organizes your answers and prepares an email or local copy. With contact details, preparing also saves a request when the request service is available; the result confirms saving separately from email. It does not perform automatic scanning. The separate instant scan runs preliminary technical checks. Any deeper investigation, implementation or recurring service needs a separate agreement.

Card payments and subscriptions

When card checkout is offered, payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms as well as the agreed scope. A completed payment records what was paid; delivery, timelines, and any repeat tasks come from the agreement, not from the payment alone.

A subscription bills repeatedly under the agreed terms until it is cancelled as described in the agreement.

No automatic purchase or activation

  • Opening an email draft does not send it.
  • Downloading or copying a brief does not submit it.
  • Comparing catalog scopes does not order them or confirm compatibility.
  • Preparing a request does not accept a quote or create recurring billing.
  • Browsing an AI role does not deploy or connect an agent.

Responsibilities, access and outcome claims

Implementation depends on agreed access, suitable systems, approved details, customer cooperation, operating capacity and named owners. A proposal must find decision limits, human handoffs and meaningful completion checks.

The site promises no turnaround, revenue gain, lead volume, ranking, investment return or guaranteed AI accuracy. Illustrative examples and mathematical models are not customer proof. Findings and recommendations are limited by the evidence reviewed; missing details remains a limitation.

Digital assets, acquisitions and replication

There is no verified sale inventory or marketplace checkout here. Domains, sites, businesses, licenses and territory arrangements need explicit ownership, included rights, transfer dependencies and commercial terms.

Operational readiness work does not replace legal, tax, valuation or formal financial diligence. A label such as license, blueprint or launch package does not establish the legal nature or performance of an arrangement.

Provider and representative interest

An expression of interest does not create a provider account, authorize representation, allocate work or establish payment entitlement. Provider participation and work terms require separate agreement.

Representatives require a written agreement for a defined campaign before participating or earning compensation. No commission, attribution rule, eligibility condition or payment schedule is established by sending a request on this site.

Questions before a commitment

Ask the team to clarify the intended work, prerequisites, exclusions or price basis before accepting an engagement. Project-specific legal and commercial terms belong in the applicable agreement.

Questions before you start

Does browsing or comparing scopes create an agreement?

No. Browsing, comparison and email-ready requests do not create a purchase, deployment, program enrollment or accepted agreement. Commitments are defined in a separate agreement.

Does ROIzilla publish fixed pricing or estimates?

No. We do not publish speculative price estimates. Every scope is custom-tailored to your exact systems, bottlenecks, and operating limits, and agreed in a written proposal.
