How this site handles your request details.

The scan, brief, contact, provider and rep tools use the details you type to prepare a request. Depending on the tool, that can include a business name, website, industry, priority, challenge, current context, name, reply address or professional introduction.

Preparing a request keeps the draft on your device. If the request service accepts submissions and you have entered a name and reply address, your contact details, website, reviewed context summary and known form answers are sent to ROIzilla. The server stores contact details and up to 2,000 characters of readable context, independently of the optional lead mirror. Longer answers use labeled excerpts from each reviewed field, and the result identifies a limited summary; the full email/download copy stays available locally. Preparing does not scan a website; the separate instant scan fetches the public address you submit. Neither accesses private systems. Avoid passwords, API keys, customer records and confidential files in an initial request.

Where browser storage is available, the request tool may keep a tab-local draft in session storage so you can revisit your answers during that session. Drafts older than 24 hours are discarded when reopened. Do Not Track disables attribution storage, while these local form drafts remain available. A local draft is not a server-side record or confirmation of receipt. Use the tool's clear-draft control to remove the saved draft.

Browser behavior can affect how long tab-local data remains available. Clear local drafts before leaving a shared device. Optional motion preferences may be stored separately in local storage; the site's motion control lets you change that preference.

ROIzilla records page paths and limited actions such as choosing a scan, starting a form and opening an email draft through its own API. An accepted .buzz forwarding domain identifies the entry source; the source stays separate from the offer you choose later. Event records contain identifiers and approved page, offer and form references, not names, email addresses, free-text answers, query strings or full referrers.

A server-issued visit reference and accepted source are kept in this tab's session storage for a fixed 24 hours, together with saved-lead and chosen-offer references when available. Activity does not extend that expiry. These references can associate a saved request or Stripe checkout with the visit and selected offer; confirmed payment status comes from Stripe. Do Not Track: 1 suppresses attribution events and storage while request saving and payment continue to work. If storage is unavailable, references remain usable only on the current page. No third-party tracker is added.

When you run an instant scan, the server stores the address, the findings, and the timing. When you share your name and email, the server stores those with your scan so the team can follow up.

The server refuses passwords, credentials, and customer records. When email sending is configured, sharing details also triggers a receipt confirmation to your address and a notification to the team. Card payments run through Stripe's secure checkout. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to this site. Stripe emails the receipt. The site records payment status and available visit, lead and product references so the team can associate the checkout with the request. A return-page query is not payment confirmation.

Fonts, styles and interaction scripts are served as site assets. This version adds no advertising pixels, remarketing scripts, third-party analytics, or account service. Card payments, when offered, run through Stripe's secure checkout.

The hosting service may process technical requests and access details to deliver and secure the site. The limited first-party attribution described above does not monitor your business or turn demonstration controls into real outcomes.

The eight-phase funnel and its mathematical examples are illustrative. Changing example inputs or motion settings does not perform a real business scan or external action.
