About — Est. 2013
We were an agency before AI.
That is the point.
Most AI agencies appeared overnight in 2023. We've been shipping commercial software and database systems from Orange Street in New Haven since 2013, expanding into production-grade AI agents as soon as early LLMs became available in late 2022 — the AI layer is new, but our decade-long engineering discipline isn't.
The story
Thirteen years of one lesson
ROIzilla started in 2013 building robust websites, custom software applications, and database engines. A decade of focused client work taught us the unglamorous truth: nothing matters except whether the client makes more than they spend. We named the company after it.
When AI agents and MCP arrived, we didn't pivot — we added the most powerful tool we'd ever seen to habits we already had: scoped projects, written success metrics, fixed prices, and systems that keep working after launch.
Today we serve everyone from local trades businesses to Fortune 500 enterprise teams nationwide.

Agentic Deployment Era
As soon as early LLMs became available, we expanded our existing custom CRM and database systems with production-grade AI agents acting as tireless digital employees. Deployed several support and scheduling pilots incorporating rigorous quality evaluation templates.
MCP & Governed Fleet Integration
We develop secure Model Context Protocol connectors allowing models to safely query internal client systems. Launching enterprise gateway practices.
How we work
Four habits that do not change
Metric first
We settle on a single quantifiable target before contract signatures. If we can't name the goal, we don't start the build.
We say no
Some automation use cases won't payback their build investment. We specify this in the audit, avoiding hollow playhouses.
Human in the loop
Agents generate options and summarize paperwork, but personnel approve final invoices. Every system features clear human handoffs.
Built to be tuned
Continuous testing metrics, golden prompts, and evaluations from launch, ensuring yours grows stronger as industry models upgrade.
