When you use ROIzilla or submit form requests, we collect business context information (company name, industry, location, contact name, email, phone) and attribution metadata (referring site, search campaign identifiers) to build and route your requested workspace plan.
Customer communications, contact histories, and prompt inputs executed by ROIzilla agents are never used to train public AI models. Data is processed solely to fulfill your business execution requests.
ROIzilla enforces TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Customer data is stored in isolated tenant databases.
